Destination Weddings in Saverne

Just 5 kilometers away camped on three huge sandstone rocks that overlook the River Zorn and the Plain of Alsace is the 12th century Chateau du Haut Barr. A paved ramp leads from the main gate to the second gateway.  Beyond this you can see the restored Romanesque chapel and a restaurant du Haut Barr on the left.  Past this there is a terrace enjoying a breathtaking view that extends towards Saverene, the Black Forest in the distance and the Kochersberg hills.
