Setting	In the shadow of the bell tower of the 13th Century Saint Remy cathedral, the Hotel was built in 1895 and first acted as a travelers lodge. On Sundays after church the towns folk gathered here to sample the house brioche. Now a part of the local patrimony, the hotel was entirely renovated in 1999.
Interior	Once you pass under the balcony festooned with beautiful blooms at the hotel's entrance, this location boasts charm from another era. Rooms have been refurbished but have not lost their old world style. Each has a view onto the cathedral or a flowered interior courtyard.

Receptions	There are six separate rooms plus a terrace. Two rooms can be joined together to accommodate more guests. The minimum number of guests is 15 while the maximum is 200. The Rothschild Theater is a perfect room for a gathering for 40-150 people while outside tents are also available for anywhere from 40-140.
