The Abbey is Romanesque style with arched vaulting and little windows have been conserved. The rooms originally monk's cells, have been beautifully arranged and decorated respecting the style of the buildings. |

25 rooms most converted from old monastic cells; some of them are of modest size and some are vaulted or have complex architecture (little staircases, niches). They are all of different sizes, and they face different ways. Thus some of them have a full-view of the terrace while others give on to the chapel courtyard or again on to the French garden. All are equipped with modern amenities. |

The Abbey overlooks the medieval town of Salon, and dominates the most impressive panorama of the whole of Provence. This peaceful retreat so typically mirrors the harmony and seclusion sought by men of religion. In the past, monks needed absolute tranquility for their prayers and meditation. Today, the Abbey offers the same peace and quiet to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. In fact, what better than a former monastery could provide such a calm and serene atmosphere and an impression of being in another time and place, where the cicadas' song, in the hottest periods of the year, can be heard?
The highest quality "cuisine" of the restaurant is appreciated in all the best catering guides of France. The quality of the food compliments these surroundings; refined traditional "cuisine" adds to this a little taste of Provence. The restaurant itself offers a panoramic view over the whole of Provence from the Montagne Sainte Victoire to the plains of Camargue, and meals are served on the terrace.
