Cancellations
It is possible to change or cancel your wedding should the need arise. If you have a change in wedding plans notify us as soon as possible so that we can let our vendors know. We will try to accommodate the changes as best possible when they occur. Cancellation fees depend on how far ahead of the wedding date they occur and expenses incurred beforehand on our part and those of our vendors.
The procedure is to inform us of your changes in writing making sure that we have received your notice; after which your wedding planner will advise you as to the next steps.
The closer the change occurs to a wedding date, the more difficult it will be to re-schedule or cancel your event altogether without further penalties.
