The Chef will explain the typical dishes from the area and the history of the major ingredients. Everyone will get the chance to prepare and shop at the local markets for ingredients. You could learn to make famous French bread. You will also learn to prepare a second course and simple (and TASTY!) appetizers from Southern France, Pays Basque or any region you wish to learn more about. Once the dessert is ready, you will taste everything, along with excellent local wines. The chef will even join you!
