Wedding Cakes

We can order any type of wedding cake for your big day.  The French traditionally have a Croquembouche which literally means “burst-in-your-mouth”.  It is a pyramid made of many cream filled puffs all held together by dark caramel on a puff pastry or cake base. These are spectacular cakes and each guest gets several cream puffs.  Alternatively the French pastry chefs can make tiered cakes of every kind from chocolate to chantilly cream.
